At Archer Signature Homes, we are happy to talk pricing! However, much like the original question above, determining the cost of YOUR build will be dependent on countless factors that have yet to be determined. Therefore, the best we can do is share our "knowns."

Our construction management fee is 9% of the total cost of expenditures, plus a travel fee that is calculated at $300 per mile (one-way) from our office in Parma, ID. Unlike other builders, we do not charge any additional "overhead" fees.
